The most grandiose aspect of this exhibition was actually the greatness of life and work of Mira Trajilović herself, a lady both pompous and pragmatic, who dictated to us the direction of contemporary art, introducing us to the spirit of pop art and constructivism. The technique of collaging helped us in presenting documentary material in an interesting way, but also in reviving for an instant the spirit of the city’s most famous theatre manager. This served as a souvenir of the fact that Belgrade really used to be an important part of the global theatrical and cultural scene of the time.
