We have created a dynamic ecosystem for a global company monetizing digital contents.

Centili is a company for mobile payments. They are focused on business growth of operators, mobile businesses, application programmers and digital contents providers. On the occasion of the company’s 10th anniversary, their new identity has been created.

 

Project content

Our main idea in this redesigning task, was to maintain a connection with the visual heritage, but also to make it more modern, functional and simple. Therefore, we decided for the numeral 1, which had been embossed on a coin as a part of the earlier design, to now be discretely “camouflaged” behind the letters I and L. Selection of typography was the crucial element of the branding.

We also widened the color palette, in order to make it applicable for the widest possible range of the visual identity’s implementation. Orange is still the main and dominant color, while we have made the pallet exciting, as well as more vivid and versatile, by introducing the blue gamma, in order to create the dynamics between warm and cool hues.

We wanted to create a sustainable visual ecosystem which is an integral part of an IT company’s identity. One of the key elements to the Centili brand are the illustrations. Their style combines basic geometrical shapes, limited color palette with clean surfaces and lines, as well as highly stylized human and animal figures. The illustrations are simple, cheerful and dynamic, inspired by technology and everyday life, and they depict the complex and abstract processes inherent in the Centili business.

The entire system is modular and layered, as there is a number of identity segments – color palette, characteristic typography, vibrant geometric brand device, coherently designed and functional icons, as well as the complex illustration base. All the elements are excellently combined and fused together, and they function perfectly in digital environment.
